Materials Used Cotton yarn from a large cone- approx. 1 oz
Hook Size  H
Measurements  7" wide by 4 1/2" long
Notes  
 

Row 1: Ch 4, sl st tog to form a ring, ch 3, then work 11 dc in the ring. Sl st tog.

Row 2: Ch 3, dc in same st, 2dc in each st around, sl st tog.

Row 3: Ch 2, hdc-ch1-2hdc all in the same st as the ch 2. *Skip 2sts, 2hdc-ch1-2hdc in next st. Rep from * around 5 times, leave last sts unworked. Turn.

Row 4: Sl st over to ch 1 sp, from previous row, ch 2, hdc-ch1-2hdc all in the same st. *In first hdc of group (2hdc-ch1-2hdc), work hdc. Work 2hdc-ch1-2hdc in ch 1 sp. Rep from * around, turn.

Row 5: Sl st over to ch 1 sp, from previous row, ch 2, hdc-ch1-2hdc all in the same st. *Hdc in previous row hdc, hdc in next st. In next ch 1 sp, work 2hdc-ch1-2hdc. Rep from * around, turn.

Row 6: Sl st over to ch 1 sp, from previous row, ch 2, hdc-ch1-2hdc all in the same st. *Hdc in previous row both hdcs, hdc in next st. In next ch 1 sp, work 2hdc-ch1-2hdc. Rep from * around, turn.

Row 7: Sl st over to ch 1 sp, from previous row, ch 2, hdc-ch1-2hdc all in the same st. *Hdc in previous row all the hdcs, hdc in next st. In next ch 1 sp, work 2hdc-ch1-2hdc. Rep from * around, turn. DO NOT FASTEN OFF.

Straps: Sl st 2 rows, (this will be in the point of the st) Ch 35, then turn and sl st back down the chain. Fasten off and weave in ends. Other strap: Attach yarn with sl st to end point on the other side, sl st down 2 rows (this will be in the point), Ch 35, sl st back down the chain. Fasten off and weave in ends.
